Anatomical knowledge for your older and younger clients

Older clients have particular anatomical challenges. Joint dysfunction, muscle weakness, ligament calcification. Teenage athletes are still growing, their bones haven't completely fused. This class will teach you the basics of later human development (the teen years) and to understand the challenges older clients can have.  Assessment of your older client training programs will be provided or can be developed.
